TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final. HattrickPR does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or dissatisfaction with the product.

2. SIZING NOTICE – READ BEFORE ORDERING

Our products are known to run SMALL. We strongly advise all customers to order ONE (1) TO TWO (2) SIZES LARGER than their usual size. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this sizing guidance. Sizing issues do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

3. NO REFUNDS

Payments are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason for the request.

4. NO EXCHANGES

We do not offer product or size exchanges. All orders are final at the time of purchase.

5. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or an item significantly different from the description, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photos and your order number. This is the only circumstance under which a resolution may be offered at our discretion.

6. AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Return and Refund Policy. No exceptions will be made.
