All purchases made at HattrickPR are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Color differences due to screen or monitor settings
- Delayed delivery or shipping issues beyond our control
SIZE DISCLAIMER - IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
Our products run SMALL. We strongly recommend that you order ONE (1) TO TWO (2) SIZES UP from your normal size. For example, if you typically wear a Medium, we recommend ordering a Large or X-Large.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this sizing notice. Size-related issues are NOT grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer size exchanges or product swaps under any circumstances. Please double-check our size guide before placing your order.
NO REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
EXCEPTIONS
The only exception to this policy is if you receive a product that is defective or significantly different from what was described. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
